We are Flagler Estates Community News (FECN News for short). Formerly known as Affordnet Services and officially online with Hogan Web Designs and our web-maker.com website way back in December of 1996. (look it up via a Whois seach).

Around the timeline of 1995 or so there was a Major Internet BOOM. Everyone on the internet seemed to make MONEY back then. Then the boom ended, and MOST of those selling stockings, pantyhose, and Socks, etc, etc went OUT of business overnight as sites such as Ebay and other Enterprise Class sites took over and became popular.

We began our business around Dec of 1996 or so and established a company simply called 'Hogan Web Designs' back in December of 1996. Although we had already been online for some time (1993) and doing websites and hosting (totally for free) before 1996 we in 1996 decided it may be time (as we learned a great deal since 1993) to start designing and hosting sites for PROFIT as well as our free community based service offerings.

Today, there IS MONEY TO BE MADE on the Internet, but; it requires a bit more work, experience in the field, and support at a local level.. THAT is what we do!

We are generally at either our home office in FE, or at one of our business associates offices.

We began our training, schooling, and services in the above disciplines back in 1993 out of necessity to find information and create common forums for open discussions of important issues of that time. We began designing and hosting web sites for FREE in line with the open source communities own policies and continue this philosophy even today for community interests.

We have also been involved with TRAINING local area Web masters and search engine pros. Additionally we train local area businesses and newbies to computers in HOW to use the Internet, their computers, and intermediate level website design skills.

Now, being that we are an isp, (Internet Service Provider), and local area service company and live and work from Flagler Estates we would be remise to not let viewers know about those important local area sites of importance which are there to serve Flagler Estates and or our local area communities in general.

Most of these other offers you may have seen could care less about your Internet account. Many actually encourage you to do things which are Illegal and just not right so they may profit at your expense. Those which tell you how you can make money placing such ads online for a fee of XX $$ they will get you started - These are almost ALWAYS a Scam - Don't fall for it!

These positions REQUIRE personal face to face training (valued at over $250.00) which is totally FREE for you. The training will take about 4 hours to complete and is very informal. You WILL learn valuable Skill sets which will help you with lots of internet based type tasks and skills which will prepare you for creating Professional style ads for HIGH DOLLAR for various area businesses, and more.
